WS-TCM Tubing Heads
Have straight bore bowl with 45 degree landing shoulders design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools and prevents wedging of tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs.
The secondary seal for the last casing pipe can be an integrated "PP" seal type or the plastic injection type, but also accepts reducer bushings "4-0" and "PE".
The upper flange is supplied with lockdown screws for packoff re-energization and tubing hanger retention. The lower flange includes a grease fitting and orifice for testing of secondary seal.

Our API 6A licensed manufacturing facility is located in Maogang Urbanized Industrial Park in Songjiang District, Shanghai City, China. The 10, 000m2 facility includes a machine ship with 60 machines (70% CNC, 30% manual), a heat treatment area with 6 furnaces and 3 quench tanks, and a mechanical testing laboratory.
Manufacturing capacity was increased in 2012 with the addition of a 2000m2 shop facility. While the management team was also strengthened in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
